This large commercial paint job was recently completed at Sherwood Steel in Edmonton.  We start a job such as this by pressure washing the complete building and removing any loose paint.  Then we apply two coats of elastomeric coating. The doors and cladding were finally completed with a industrial Marine enamel.

This complete stucco paint project was completed using a elastomeric coating.  Elastomeric allows for breathability, yet will last. There is not a better product on the market than Cloverdale Paint’s “Towerthon” Elastomeric coating.  The colour on this house was changed from a off white to “Ranchwood”.
